Zusammenfassung

CPC Education and Career Services is hiring a Family Development Coach to serve individuals and families from the Waters Edge Educational Campus, working within the NDA 2 map. You will develop and review family development plans, maintain case notes, and coordinate with community partners to support families.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a Family Development Coach certification within 1 year, plus at least 2 years’ experience with youth and diverse communities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Counseling or related field preferred.
• Family Development Coach certification required within 1 year of employment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with youth and diverse communities.
• Culturally competent and sensitive to participants’ backgrounds.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic/Chinese/Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized guidance, counseling, and case management; maintain files and notes.
• Conduct outreach, recruitment, and develop FDPs with families.
• Coordinate and schedule workshops and guest speakers.
• Collaborate with NYC agencies and community partners.
• Travel to outreach/community events as needed.
