Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business, Communications, or related field and 3+ years preferred.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and goal setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach to engage targeted Self-Sufficiency caseload.
• Perform situational assessments and vocational explorations.
• Refer clients to job readiness training or external workforce partners.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Employment Plans.
• Coordinate with referral sources, community agencies, and providers.
• Assist clients in obtaining permanent, unsubsidized employment in high-demand industries.
