HomeSafe Florida seeks a SafetyNet Supervisor to oversee domestic violence and child abuse services, ensuring programs meet policies and provide a safe, therapeutic environment for victims and their children.

Responsibilities include daily operations, staff supervision, client assessment, crisis intervention, and coordination with community partners. Requires Master’s in human services, 3+ years in the field with supervisory experience, and a Florida driver’s license.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in human services required.
• Minimum 3 years in related field, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Clinical outreach experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervises and supports staff in providing services to victims of family violence.
• Performs recruitment, retention and termination responsibilities for staff.
• Completes 90 day/annual evaluations for direct reports and sets goals.
• Provides monthly staff supervision and/or departmental meetings.
• Provides 24 hour on-call coverage and ensures emergency calls are returned within 15 minutes.
• Ensures referrals are responded to within 48 hours.
• Provides intake, safety planning and development of treatment plans.
