• Oversee Family Support Managers and regional leads, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to policies.
• Provide hands‑on coaching, performance feedback, and accountability.
• Monitor caseloads, outcomes, and service delivery to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate withExecutive Director and community partners to coordinate resources and supports.
