This position is responsible for providing individual advocacy, group support, and education for survivors of domestic violence in English and Spanish. Must demonstrate a commitment to serving and working with diverse populations. The role also includes participating in outreach activities to inform the community about prevention efforts, the dynamics of domestic violence, and Family Tree services.

Hiring bonus of $300 paid on the first paycheck. Retention bonus of $500 after 12 months and $700 after 18 months.
Location: Porchlight Family Justice Center, 11100 W 8th Ave Suite 200, Lakewood, CO 80215
Program: Domestic Violence Outreach Program
Status: Full‑time
Hourly Pay Rate: $21.46–$25.75 + $1.50 bilingual differential
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, retirement plan and match, employer‑paid long‑term disability, EAP, wellness program, paid sick and vacation time.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel within the Denver Metro area for off‑site meetings.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, flexible based on client needs with some evenings and weekends.
Working Conditions: Reliable transportation required. Hybrid remote and in‑office arrangement at the PorchLight Family Justice Center and community partner sites (Adams County, Jefferson County).
