Texas State University seeks a Coordinator of Family and Transfer Experiences to lead, manage programming, engagement, and support initiatives for two distinct populations: parents and families of new and continuing students, and incoming and current transfer students.

The role governs Family Program Management, Transfer Program Management, Constituent Engagement, and Fiscal Management; it coordinates Orientation, Family Weekend, and transfer events, while partnering with campus units to promote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in student affairs, counseling, advising, or related experience.
• Experience in program development, assessment, and public speaking.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage programming for two populations: families of new/continuing students and incoming/current transfer students.
• Coordinate Family Program Management: Family Weekend, New Student Orientation, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate Transfer Program Management: transfer orientation and retention programming.
• Oversee Constituent Engagement: communications with families and transfer students, resources development.
• Oversee Fiscal Management: budget and scholarship administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
