Job summary

Utah State University seeks a highly organized Parent Orientation Program Coordinator to support parent and family programs across the USU system. You will coordinate communications, events, and engagement initiatives for families of prospective, incoming, and current students, while partnering with campus teams to enhance family involvement and student success.

The role includes managing logistics, staff supervision, and continuous improvement across parent and family initiatives, with the SOTS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience contributing to programs, projects, or communication plans.
• Experience with parent and family programs or related field preferred.
• CRM/communication platforms and orientation software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver parent and family programs, services, and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and manage communications for parents and supporters via email, web, and other platforms.
• Plan and execute parent and family events, including orientation programs.
• Serve as primary contact for parents and supporters and connect families with campus resources.
• Collaborate with university departments to develop resources and programming that support student success and family engagement.
• Maintain program content across websites and orientation systems to ensure current information.
• Utilize technology platforms and data tools to manage programs and monitor engagement.
