Job summary

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
• One year of experience in human services or behavioral health; OR an associate degree.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience engaging with unmotivated or resistant clients.
• De-escalation skills with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong time management and organization to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and database software.

Responsibilities

• Transport children to family time visits and other required appointments, including during challenging weather.
• Gather and document information from caseworkers, children, parents, relatives, schools, and other resources.
• Review family time agreements with parents and caregivers and suggest resources.
• Supervise family time in office or community settings, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with caseworkers to assess needs and relay information for case planning.
