This full-time management role oversees the CYS Blended Case Management: FACT program and leads a team delivering high-quality behavioral health services to children, youth, and families. The position requires a Master's in Behavioral Health, PA licensure, and at least three years of direct care experience plus supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Behavioral Health Discipline.
• At least three years direct care experience in a behavioral health/human service program.
• PA Licensure in a behavioral health discipline; Driver's License and Vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the CYS Blended Case Management: FACT program operations.
• Maintain compliance with DPW’s PA Code 55 Chapter 5221; 5223; MH Bulletin OMH-93-09.
• Oversee admissions, assignments and discharges of youth and families receiving Family Anchored Care Management.
• Ensure staff are trained in the FACT model and up-to-date on required training.
• Provide supervision and ongoing coaching to Facilitators/Case Managers to ensure fidelity.
• Ensure access to psychiatric, medical, social, financial and other services for children, youth and families.
• Maintain productivity standards for CYS case management/FACT services.
• Provide 24/7 crisis coverage and respond to requests for face-to-face intervention.
• Participate in on-call supervisory coverage and manage program resources.
