Job summary

Child and Family Focus, Inc. in Montgomery County, PA, is seeking full-time, salaried Case Managers to join Family Based Services.

You will work in two-person clinical teams with a Master level clinician to provide family and individual therapy in home, school, and community settings, with autonomy and strong supervision. Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload of 6–8 youths, weekly supervision, trauma-informed care, and referrals to supportive services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, pre-med, theology or anthropology and at least 1 year of CASSP experience.
• Be enrolled for OMH certification as a mental health family based worker or have RN with CASSP experience.
• Licensed RN with CASSP experience or related licensure is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Work in two-person clinical teams to deliver family therapy and resource coordination.
• Engage youth and families to address complex family-systems issues.
• Maintain a caseload of 6 to 8 youths and their families.
• Attend training in Ecosystemic Family Therapy.
• Participate in weekly supervision.
• Meet with clients and families at least twice a week for individual and family therapy.
• Make referrals for supportive services and maintain case notes and treatment plans.
