Job summary

Child Inc seeks a Family Advocate to perform advanced service planning and case management, connect families to needed supports, and help develop Family Partnership Agreements to reach individual and family goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, at least four years in case management, and ability to relate professionally to diverse families. Spanish conversational skills are preferred, and candidates must pass background checks and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, preferred.
• Four (4) years' experience in case management, or equivalent experience and training.
• Experience working with individuals and families and the demonstrated ability to relate to all families on a professional level.
• Knowledge of written and spoken conversational Spanish preferred.
• Must obtain a physical and TB skin test, must pass all criminal history background checks and E-Verify.
