2INgage in Salina, KS is seeking a direct support professional to assist families in the Family Preservation Program, collaborating with case managers and therapists to promote child safety, stability, and well-being.

You will help connect families to services, provide emotional support and coaching, maintain records, and coordinate resources like SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, and employment support, all while upholding agency values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direct and indirect support to families in home, school, and community settings
• Coordinate community resources (e.g., healthcare, childcare, housing, employment, benefits)
• Collaborate with case managers and therapists to implement case plans
• Offer emotional support, coaching, crisis intervention, and parenting guidance
• Assist families with accessing services such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, and employment support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and prepare records for audits
• Identify and address barriers to family engagement and service success
• Transport clients as required and attend court proceedings when applicable
• Support ongoing communication between families and service providers
• Promote teamwork, cultural sensitivity, and agency values

Position Summary
