2INgage in Clay Center, KS is seeking a direct support professional to join the Family Preservation Program. You will work with families to promote child safety, stability and well-being, collaborating with case managers, therapists and partners to ensure services align with each family’s plan.

Responsibilities include home, school and community support, coordinating healthcare, childcare, housing and employment resources, providing emotional support and coaching, and maintaining accurate

• Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients

• Collaborate with case managers and therapists to implement case plans
• Offer emotional support, coaching, crisis intervention, and parenting guidance
• Assist families with accessing services such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, and employment support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and prepare records for audits
• Identify and address barriers to family engagement and service success
• Transport clients as required and attend court proceedings when applicable
• Support ongoing communication between families and service providers
• Promote teamwork, cultural sensitivity, and agency values

Position Summary
