Job summary

Charlotte Behavioral Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Family Support Team (FST) Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team serving youth and families in the community.

You will oversee clinical and administrative operations to ensure high-quality, timely, and effective services that promote family stability and connection. Qualified candidates will have a master's degree in a related field, licensure eligibility, and a minimum of 3 years in behavioral health with youth and families, plus at least

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related human services field.
• Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health with youth and families.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Valid FL driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to pass Level II Background Screening and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the FST, ensuring effective, community-based service delivery.
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to a multidisciplinary team.
• Facilitate clinical staffing and treatment planning meetings.
• Ensure adherence to the FST model and all applicable standards.
