You will conduct supervised visits, transport participants, assess client needs, connect families to resources, and collaborate with a family-centered team. This full-time position offers mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• One year of experience with at-risk youth and families is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe, positive supervised visits using knowledge of child development.
• Monitor interactions and provide feedback to families.
• Safely transport individuals to and from scheduled visits.
• Assess client situations to determine services needed to maintain safety.
• Meet with families in the home to ensure safety and cooperation with the safety plan.
• Triage and refer families to community resources and natural supports.
• De-escalate crisis situations and coordinate responses with youth and families.
