Professional Services Group & Community Impact Programs in Appleton, WI is hiring a part-time Supervised Visitation Worker for Outagamie County. You will arrange and supervise court-ordered visits for children in temporary foster care, observe interactions, and transport children to visits when needed.

This role welcomes both experienced professionals and entrants to the human services field, offering evenings/after-school hours and occasional weekends with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Human Services or related preferred.
• Experience in childcare or social work preferred.
• Valid driver3;s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge of child development to conduct safe, supervised visits.
• Monitor child/family interaction during visitation.
• Redirect families and provide feedback as needed.
• Safely transport individuals to and from visits.
• Intervene as an advocate for clients in emergencies and crises.

Education
