Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Respite Care Provider to support a young boy at his home, providing supervision, daily living assistance, and engaging activities.

The role includes supervision and safety monitoring, meal preparation, and medication assistance, with schedules about 15 hours per week, including some weekday evenings and weekend nights.

We are seeking a Respite Care Provider to support a young boy in his home by providing supervision, assistance with daily needs, and engaging activities.

Pay

$17.66 per hour or $256.00 per day (8 hours)

Schedule

• Approximately 15 hours per week
• Some weekday evenings
• Mostly weekend nights
• Care takes place in the member’s home
• Shifts may include:

• Late afternoon

• Weekday nights and Friday, Saturday, or Sunday nights
