Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a parent or caregiver of a child with behavioral health needs is required.
• Good written and verbal communication and basic typing skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to families as an active member of the Child and Family Team.
• Help families navigate education, behavioral health, juvenile justice and social services systems.
• Offer information and connections to community resources and advocate for self‑advocacy.
• Maintain organization and manage time effectively in a busy role.
