Job summary

EMPACT-Suicide Prevention Center, part of the La Frontera family, seeks a dedicated Family Support Partner to assist families navigating behavioral health systems from our Tempe or Glendale offices.

The role requires crisis-service calm, strong communication, and the ability to advocate for families in education and social service processes. This is a full-time position with occasional evenings or weekends to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a parent or caregiver of a child with behavioral health needs preferred.
• Able to manage time effectively in a busy position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to families as an active member of the Child and Family Team.
• Guide families through education, behavioral health, juvenile justice and social services systems.
• Help families gather information on strengths and needs for planning.
• Connect families with community resources and navigate services.
• Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required.
