EMPACT-Suicide Prevention Center, part of the La Frontera family, is seeking a Family Support Partner in Apache Junction, AZ. This full-time role works with the Child and Family Team to guide families through education, behavioral health, juvenile justice, and social services systems.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, be organized, computer literate, and possess a valid AZ driver's license and Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as a parent, foster parent, adoptive parent or caretaker of a child with behavioral health needs is preferred.
• Must be able to manage time effectively in a busy role.
• Ability to work with diverse ethnic and cultural groups.
• Must have a Fingerprint Clearance Card or be eligible to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a system guide and advocate for the parent within the behavioral health and family services network.
• Provide direct support to families as an active member of the Child and Family Team.
• Help families connect to community resources and navigate education, behavioral health, juvenile justice, and social services systems.
