Children & Families of Iowa is seeking a Family Support Worker to assist families and children navigating challenging circumstances in Iowa. You will provide transportation, supervise family interactions, and deliver crisis intervention and support services to promote safety and healing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in human services working with children and/or dependent adults.
• Reliable internet access or ability to work from an office location.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for families and children as needed.
• Facilitate and supervise family interactions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support services.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between families and FCS team members.
• Complete accurate and timely case documentation.
• Collaborate with a team dedicated to supporting and strengthening families.
