Job summary

Children & Families of Iowa seeks a Family Support Worker to help families in need navigate challenges and move toward stability. You will provide transportation, supervise family interactions, and support crisis intervention while coordinating with the FCS team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in human services with children or dependent adults.
• Reliable internet access or ability to work from an office location.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for families and children as needed.
• Facilitate and supervise family interactions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support services.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between families and FCS team members.
• Complete accurate and timely case documentation.
• Collaborate with a team dedicated to supporting and strengthening families.
