Brightli is seeking a Family Coordinator in Springfield, MO to support families, youth, and caregivers navigating behavioral health and recovery services. The role emphasizes advocacy, education, and helping families access resources, using lived experience and a strengths‑based approach.

You will work with parents, treatment teams and community partners to coordinate services, provide peer support, and promote family engagement in treatment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Lived experience raising a child with behavioral health challenges preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of local youth behavioral health resources.

Responsabilidades

• Promote family-centered care by involving family members in treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with treatment teams using a strengths‑based approach.
• Provide peer support and guidance to families navigating health services.
• Help families develop natural supports and protective factors.
• Organize parent education groups on family functioning and resources.
• Connect families with community resources and referrals.
