Thompson Child & Family Focus - A Child's Place Program in Florida is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to oversee daily operations of your program(s). You will drive financial performance data, staff retention/engagement, and program outcomes, while modeling the Leadership Pipeline as a Leader of Others.

The role offers a starting pay range of $63k-$66k annually along with full benefits, PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401K match, education reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field.
• Child Welfare Certification required.
• Exposure to leadership/management through projects, coordination, training, or leadership roles.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and meet credentialing/licensing standards.
• Pass drug screening and extensive background check.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
