Job summary

Kids In Distress seeks a Family Support & Engagement Specialist Supervisor to oversee the Healthy Families Broward Project’s visitation component. This role serves as the field supervisor for family support & engagement staff and reports to senior program leadership, ensuring high-quality supervision and program integrity.

The candidate will provide clinical and administrative supervision, track staff training, conduct evaluations, and coordinate case referrals to achieve service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
• Minimum three years of related work experience in social services.
• Experience with program supervision and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to family support & engagement staff per policy.
• Maintain supervisory logs and documentation; manage staff records and evaluations.
• Oversee training, performance reviews, and case referrals; ensure program targets are met.
• Monitor data quality, quarterly reporting, and compliance with grant requirements.
• Support on-call coverage and staff scheduling; collaborate with program leadership.
