Job summary

Umatilla-Morrow Head Start, Inc. seeks a skilled supervisor to oversee Family Support Specialists and Home Visitors, delivering administrative, clinical and reflective supervision.

You will coordinate case management, risk assessment, and referrals while ensuring documentation quality and program fidelity to HFA/Healthy Families requirements. You will contribute to staff development, participate in hiring and performance reviews, and maintain records and QA activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field or a bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Infant mental health endorsement level III or IV preferred.
• Experience supervising staff using a strength-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise Family Support Specialists and Home Visitors.
• Provide administrative, clinical, and reflective supervision and support case management.
• Assist with staff hiring, development plans, and annual performance reviews.
• Maintain supervision records, QA activities, and timely reports.
• Participate in Medicaid Admin tracking and state system input.
• Maintain knowledge of Healthy Families Oregon requirements and best practices.
