Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Lived experience with recovery valued when used ethically.
• Recovery coach/peer-support certification preferred; training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-based recovery support and coaching with follow-up.
• Engage participants, support goals, and help onboarding to services.
• Coordinate with staff and community partners to ensure continuity of care.
• Document services accurately and promptly in the approved system.
• Maintain boundaries, confidentiality, and promote harm-reduction approaches.
