Bethel School District seeks a Social Service Liaison for ECEAP/Head Start to support preschool families. You will conduct home visits, recruit families, enroll students, and coordinate services to promote student success.

Responsibilities include parent meetings, crisis intervention, advocacy, and collaboration with community resources. Requires degrees in social services and experience with such programs, with flexibility for day/evening events.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in social service or social science; preferred.
• Associate's degree in social service with two years related experience required.
• Employer may consider candidates with a high school diploma under PDP plan within five years.

Mansioni

• Recruit and enroll students to maintain full enrollment for the program.
• Provide orientation for families and students as they enter the program.
• Conduct family needs assessments and coordinate services.
• Perform home visits and advise on parenting skills and social services.
• Act as liaison between parents and school; coordinate meetings and newsletters.
• Provide crisis intervention and advocate for families.
