Inspire Development Centers in Othello, WA is seeking a Family Advocate to support eligible families for Head Start and ECEAP programs. You will interview clients, assist with IEP/IFSP processes, and help connect families to community resources within a center-based and home-based setting.

The role requires coordinating with nurses, center staff, and community partners, and involves home visits, documentation, and ongoing family support to strengthen social and health outcomes for children.

Qualificações

• Associate’s or higher degree in a related field is required or must be completed within 18 months of hire.
• Experience in family services or social work is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and families.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain enrollment processes to meet funding criteria.
• Verify eligibility for children and families and manage a waiting list.
• Input and maintain family and child data in databases; monitor attendance and run reports.
