Responsibilities

• Learn and adhere to Head Start policies and GBCA procedures.
• Support children and families to promote development across educational, social, emotional, and physical domains.
• Maintain student files and enter/update data in the management system.
• Facilitate parent involvement and connect families to community resources.
• Conduct home visits and outreach events outside traditional hours.
• Prepare monthly social service reports and coordinate program activities.
• Ensure safety and maintain documentation for program operations.
