Job summary

Bethany Christian Services seeks a dedicated team member to support families through visitation and shared parenting programs. You will supervise visits, coordinate with birth parents, foster/kinship families, and document progress for case managers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, safety and relational support, and adherence to agency standards. A related associate degree and driving eligibility are expected, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

Must possess the relatability, ability to engage, and communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
Excellent observation, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work well under pressure and adaptable to change.
Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and driving experience in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with birth families and supervise parenting time.
Coordinate visits with children, birth/ foster families, and case aides.
Document shared parenting plans and visit coaching outcomes.
Provide orientation and psycho-education on four basic skills for successful visits.
Attend court hearings and testify as needed.
Stay updated on best practices and relevant resources.
Complete other duties as assigned.
