Responsibilities

• Serve as advocate/mentor to parents involved with child welfare systems.
• Attend Wraparound Team Meetings to support families.
• Document meetings and write progress notes per Medicaid guidelines.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Complete required data reporting for JSOC contracts.
• Maintain high fidelity wraparound standards.
