Daniel Kids is seeking a Part-Time Family Support Partner (Family Advocate) in Jacksonville, FL. The role requires comfort visiting client homes and a valid driver's license, with a focus on wraparound services and family advocacy.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with personal experience in child welfare, juvenile justice and/or early learning systems.
• MUST be comfortable visiting client homes.
• MUST have a valid Driver’s License in good standing.
• Wraparound Training and related certifications are required/strongly preferred.
• Ability to complete required CFOI/NOMS on a quarterly basis.

Responsibilities

• Advocate/mentor to parents currently involved with the system(s).
• Attend Wraparound Team Meetings and Psychiatric Team Meetings as needed.
• Document meetings with clients and write progress notes per Medicaid guidelines.
• Maintain communication with service providers to ensure quality delivery of services.
• Ensure services are provided within department guidelines and complete all paperwork accurately.
