Job summary

Edovate Learning Corp. is seeking a Family Success & Retention Manager to support homeschooling families across Bridgeway Academy and our brands.

You will partner with advisors and the Student Success team to guide families through challenges, connect them with resources, and help tailor a homeschool experience that works. In this fully remote role, you’ll nurture first-year families, develop coaching materials with the curriculum team, create parent groups, and run non-sales exit conversations

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a family-facing, student services, customer success, case management, or retention role.
• K-12, online, or homeschool experience preferred; supportive families of students with learning differences is a plus.
• Strong communication by phone, video, and email, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Support families facing challenges or considering leaving, coordinating with teams.
• Help first-year families get off to a strong start and build confidence in homeschool journey.
• Collaborate with curriculum team to develop coaching resources for parents.
• Build community through parent groups, peer-support, and family coffee chats.

• Track trends and outcomes to guide support strategies.

At Bridgeway Academy, families choose us to personalize their child's education, and many are homeschooling for the first time. We're looking for a Family Success & Retention Manager to make sure every family feels supported, confident, and connected throughout their experience with us.

In this role, you'll partner with our advisors and Student Success team to support families through challenges, connect them with the right resources, and help them build a homeschool experience that works for them.

What You'll Do

• Support families who are facing challenges or considering leaving, and coordinate the right response with our teams.
• Help first-year families get off to a strong start and feel confident in their homeschool journey.
• Partner with our curriculum team to develop coaching and homeschooling resources for parents.
• Build community through parent groups, peer-support opportunities, and family coffee chats.
• Conduct non-sales exit conversations and share what you learn to help us continually improve.
• Connect families with helpful resources, including payment and funding options.
• Track trends and outcomes to help guide how we support families.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a family-facing, student services, customer success, case management, or retention role
• K-12, online, or homeschool experience strongly preferred; experience supporting families of students with learning differences is a plus
• Warm, clear communication by phone, video, and email, and a genuine ability to listen
• Sound judgment about when to resolve an issue, when to bring others in, and when to elevate
• Strong organization, follow-through, and comfort working with data
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) or student information system
• Comfort learning new tools, including AI
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, social work, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Work environment

• Fully remote, with reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, private space for family calls
• Occasional flexibility to meet families outside standard business hours
