• Fluent in English; additional languages desired.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain a resource list for clients including healthcare options.
• Provide referral support and coordinate initial health screenings.
• Collaborate with partners to access services and to support education/workshops.
• Coordinate school enrollment and advocate for children’s services.
• Build and sustain partnerships and referral pathways.
• Enter data per IRC standards and participate in staff meetings/training.
