Bowen Health seeks a Skills Technician to aid families in the community and at Bowen Health locations, providing advocacy, teaching, demonstration, monitoring, and modeling of new skills toward self-sufficiency. The role may involve transporting patients to appointments as needed.

Responsibilities include updating intake information, coordinating homemaker services, teaching daily living skills, building natural support networks, and supporting care coordination plans.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or 60 undergraduate credits, or HS diploma with 4+ years experience.
• Certifications: CPI, BLS and First Aid required post-employment.
• License: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage.
• Background checks: Clear criminal and driving record.

Responsabilités

• Review and update intake information for accuracy.
• Coordinate homemaker services per care plan.
• Instruct patients in daily living and housekeeping skills.
• Advocate, teach, demonstrate, monitor and model homemaking skills.
• Transport patients to appointments within permitted area.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
