Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a closely related field.
• 1–2 years of case management experience in NYC shelter or similar setting.
• Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and psycho-social evaluations for arriving families.
• Develop and monitor Independent Living Plans (ILPs) bi-weekly.
• Maintain caseload with weekly face-to-face case management meetings.
• Advocate with landlords, brokers, and HRA to expedite housing processes.
