You will lead program areas such as CSA, Foster Care, Adoption, and Adult/Child Protective Services, oversee staff development, and coordinate with court and community partners.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field or a Bachelor’s degree in any field with two years related experience.
• Knowledge of supervision principles; program evaluation; and social service policies and regulations.

• Provide direct supervision to Family Services Specialists unit and ensure safety and service quality.
• Oversee court-ordered work and monitor case progress with regular staff meetings.
• Review outcomes data, prepare reports, and coach staff for improvement.
• Train new staff and manage ongoing staff development and performance reviews.
• Liaise with community partners and agency leadership to coordinate services.
