Job summary

DePelchin Children's Center in San Antonio, TX seeks a Project Supervisor to provide non-clinical family assessments, crisis intervention, and recruitment/training of families and volunteers. You will design and implement services with limited resources and align delivery with grant funders’ expectations.

The role reports to the Project Coordinator and requires coordination across teams to maintain program operations and reporting, with schedule flexibility and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Certification within the first year of employment; licensure where required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience with caregivers, parents or families.
• Minimum of one year in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical family assessments, crisis intervention, recruitment, screening, and training.
• Design and implement services with limited resources.
• Develop service delivery systems to meet community partner and grant funder needs; manage operations.
