Job summary

DePelchin Children's Center in San Antonio, TX seeks a Project Supervisor to provide non-clinical family assessments, crisis intervention, and recruitment/training of families and volunteers. You will design and implement services with limited resources and align delivery with grant funders’ expectations.

The role reports to the Project Coordinator and requires coordination across teams to maintain program operations and reporting, with schedule flexibility and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Certification within the first year of employment; licensure where required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience with caregivers, parents or families.
• Minimum of one year in a supervisory capacity.

Location: San Antonio, TX (South Side)

Position Description

The Project Supervisor will provide non-clinical family assessments, crisis intervention, family and volunteer recruitment, screening, training, and design and implementation of services with limited resources. The Project Supervisor will also develop a service delivery system that meets the changing needs of community partners and grant funders. This position is accountable to the Project Coordinator or Director, Clinical Services for overall administrative management and operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Social Work or human services related field required.
• Must be certified in required curriculums or be able to attain such certification within the first year of employment. Employment is contingent on acquisition of minimal certification/licensure.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working with caregivers of children, parents or families.
• Minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory capacity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work or human services related field.
