Job summary

DePelchin Children's Center in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of service delivery for children and families. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or human services required.
• 3+ years’ experience with caregivers/ families.
• 1+ year in a supervisory capacity.
• Certification in required curricula or ability to attain within first year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and accountability for development, management, implementation, and evaluation of services.
• Provide routine supervision for direct reports and assess performance annually.
• Lead talent management including hiring and retaining staff.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, accreditation standards, and licensing.
• Monitor budgets and balance revenue and expenses.
• Ensure staff education/training needs and curriculum fidelity.
• Collaborate with other services for coordinated delivery.
• Develop public materials, presentations, and media outreach.
• Represent the agency in the community and build interagency relationships.
• Organize community outreach to educate the public about the agency and projects.
• Moderate focus groups, interviews, and community meetings.
• Work with GMOE team to manage grant projects including budgets, outcomes, and reporting.
• Report status of program services goals monthly to the Director of Clinical Services.
