Job summary

SJB Child Development Centers is seeking a Family Partner to screen families for program eligibility and ensure children are enrolled in Head Start, CSPP, and related services. You will work under the Family Services Manager to implement policies and maintain integrity of state and federal enrollment.

Responsibilities include documenting family data, coordinating intakes and meetings, collaborating with site staff, and responding to requests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Associates degree is required.
• Must be in good health as verified by a health screening and TB test.
• Fingerprint clearance and background checks required.
• California Driver’s License with adequate insurance.
• Mandated Reporter Training every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Comply with Title 22, Title 5, funding terms and Head Start standards.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of enrollment and family data in SJB’s systems.
• Review and monitor family data in ChildPlus database.
• Process enrollments from waitlist in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to fill enrollment vacancies.
• Maintain complete, current family files with required forms and notes.
• Conduct monthly audits of caseload and CSPP/CCTR programs.
• Provide ongoing family support and timely follow-ups.
• Establish trust-based relationships and connect families with resources.
