Action Inc. in Southwest Montana seeks a Family Service & Enrollment Coordinator for Head Start to recruit, enroll, and support eligible children and families, ensuring program compliance and accurate records.

You will connect families with education, health and community resources, coordinate outreach with partners, and contribute to the Head Start management team with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Development, Family Services, or a closely related field.
• Three years of experience working with children and families; willingness to obtain Family Service Credential.
• Experience with administrative support, community outreach, early childhood programs, case management, and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, eligibility, selection, and enrollment to maintain full Head Start enrollment.
• Help families identify goals, address barriers, and access resources.
• Provide family engagement and case management that supports children’s education, health, social development, and family well‑being.
• Coordinate outreach and collaborate with team members and community partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Head Start enrollment requirements.
