Anovaeon, LLC is seeking a Family Services Lead to coordinate and supervise daily operations within a federally contracted ICE short-term residential facility in Alexandria, LA. You will guide Family Services Staff, ensure trauma-informed care, and maintain compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Two years in residential services, family services, or similar.
• One year in a senior direct care/lead role.
• Experience with children, families, and diverse populations.
• Strong documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and resident-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead resource for Family Services Staff on assigned shifts.
• Provide peer guidance and procedural support for daily operations.
• Assist with on-the-job orientation and reinforcement of procedures.
• Support communication between shifts and exchange of operational information.
• Coordinate daily resident activities and programming.
• Monitor resident safety and coordinate services with leadership.
• Maintain professional conduct and trauma-informed practices.
• Assist in reviewing incident documentation for completeness.
