Anovaeon, LLC is hiring a Family Services Supervisor (Bilingual) to oversee Family Services Staff in a federally contracted ICE Short-Term Residential Facility in Alexandria, LA. The role emphasizes safe, structured, and supportive services with emphasis on trauma-informed care and compliance.

The supervisor guides staff, coordinates resident supervision and family engagement, and ensures documentation and reporting meet contract standards. Strong leadership and bilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum three years in residential/family services or related field.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish preferred).
• Experience with data entry and case management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Family Services staff across shifts and ensure compliant service delivery.
• Oversee resident supervision and family engagement, ensuring safety and trauma-informed care.
• Coordinate incident response, de-escalation, and escalation procedures with leadership.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with federal, state, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts with medical, behavioral health, and operations teams.
