The ideal candidate has 10+ years in social services, with 3+ years of management, and deep expertise in housing, childcare, education support, and financial management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS (master's degree preferred) in human services, higher education, social work, or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in social services or college support programs.
• 3+ years of direct-line people management experience.
• Excellent culturally competent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-4 Family Coaches to deliver 2-generation coaching and build partnerships.
• Maintain data practices and analyze outcomes to meet campus program goals.
• Oversee recruitment, enrollment, and program entry for campus families.
• Collaborate with campus leadership and national CST for strategy and program implementation.
