Responsibilities

• Lead two-generation coaching for families in education, health and well-being, and economic supports.
• Coordinate Bridge Assessments with goal setting for families.
• Assist families with employment, training, school enrollment, and community resources.
• Develop relationships with local agencies to access resources for families.
• Plan workshops and guest speakers on post-secondary pathways and economic supports.
• Lead two-generation social capital efforts and build parent leadership and participation.
