Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; two years of family-support experience preferred.
• Experience in family-centered coaching and working with two-generation programs is desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, schools, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Leads two-generation post-secondary and employment pathways and economic supports.
• Coordinates and participates in family engagement activities and transitions across programs.
• Works with center management to coordinate family support services and maintain records.
