Responsibilities

• Possess a working knowledge of Family Services goals and objectives
• Support, attend and arrange family team meetings with FCCS to provide services
• Provide individual/family support services, group facilitation and in-home visitation
• Identify appropriate community resources for food, clothing and household goods
• Build relationships with community resource agencies for families and the community
• Complete program documentation accurately and timely (case files, emergency contacts)
• Attend required meetings and participate in inter-department case reviews
