• Build relationships with families: respond to inquiries, listen actively, tailor solutions, follow up for satisfaction, prepare for appointments, educate on pre-planning benefits.
• Teamwork: coordinate with funeral directors and location staff to deliver seamless, high-quality service, review past contacts to support current needs.
